1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (" Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ta999 ("ta999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ta999 online gaming platform, accessible at https://ta999.ws, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and any other services provided through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the ta999 platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

ta999 primarily serves players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ta999 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ta999 makes no representation that the services are appropriate or lawfully available in any location other than those we explicitly serve. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on ta999, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. ta999 may require supporting documentation to verify the information you provide, including but not limited to:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ta999. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ta999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ta999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ta999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify ta999 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.2 Account Activity

All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you, unless you have reported a security breach to ta999 in advance of those transactions occurring. ta999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

ta999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• False or misleading information was provided during registration
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age
• Prohibited conduct is identified (see Section 9)
• The account is associated with fraudulent payment activity
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy
• Regulatory or legal requirements make continued operation of the account unlawful

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. ta999 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to accounts that remain inactive beyond this period, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified via their registered contact details before any fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ta999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment methods must be registered in the account holder's own name. ta999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, credit facilities, or anonymous payment sources.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier. ta999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large deposits, which may require additional documentation before the funds are credited to the player's account.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are ordinarily credited to the player's ta999 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. ta999 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of the transaction.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals on ta999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ta999 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency amounts displayed for informational purposes are approximate and subject to exchange rate fluctuation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: the account must be fully verified; all active bonus wagering requirements must be met or the bonus must be forfeited before withdrawal; and the requested amount must not exceed any applicable withdrawal limits.

5.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a payment method already verified and registered on the account. ta999 does not permit withdrawals to unverified accounts or to accounts belonging to third parties.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

ta999 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes after approval of the player's KYC documentation:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours during business hours (BST, UTC+6). Some requests may take up to 24 hours during peak periods or following additional verification checks.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. ta999 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests below this threshold and may ask the player to accumulate a larger balance before processing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ta999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus offer, all bonus credits and winnings derived from free spins must be wagered a minimum number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the offer details. Bets placed on certain game categories (for example, live dealer games or sports betting) may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements — refer to the individual bonus terms for the applicable contribution percentages.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ta999 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using software or tools to circumvent random outcomes, placing bets that systematically hedge against bonus wagering requirements, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, ta999 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn that were derived from abusive activity.

7 Gaming Rules & Fairness

7.1 Random Number Generators

All casino games offered on ta999, including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win products, are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by ta999's game providers are independently audited to ensure statistical randomness and compliance with fair play standards.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games — including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack — are streamed from regulated studios operated by Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers. These studios operate under their own regulatory frameworks. 7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the round in question may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. ta999 will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve malfunctions promptly. Malfunction voids all pays and plays — ta999 accepts no liability for any losses claimed to arise from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

ta999 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-session or single-bet winnings cap. Where applicable, this cap will be stated clearly in the relevant game or sports market terms. Winnings that exceed the applicable cap may be adjusted to the cap amount at ta999's sole discretion.

8 Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed on ta999 are subject to acceptance at ta999's sole discretion. ta999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from the player's account balance.

8.2 Odds and Markets

Odds on ta999 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time, including during key match events such as wickets, goals, or injuries. ta999 is not liable for any bets that could not be placed due to market suspension.

8.3 Void Bets

ta999 may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned and not replayed within 48 hours; the odds were published in error (palpable error); or the bet relates to an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement (commonly known as "past posting"). Void bets result in the full stake being returned to the player's account.

8.4 Cricket and BPL Specific Rules

For BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers match betting: minimum overs completion rules apply for in-play and match result markets. ta999 follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable for weather-affected matches. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ta999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, funds withheld or forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ta999 platform — including but not limited to the ta999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of ta999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ta999 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the ta999 platform without our prior written consent.

11 Privacy & Data

14 Amendments

Where a material change is made, ta999 will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address a security threat, in which case the change may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the ta999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ta999 is operated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
